Each student takes a diagnostic assessment that helps us evaluate their current skills, identify learning gaps, and understand their goals. This allows us to create a personalized learning plan that supports their unique path to success. Assessments do not need to be taken on the first day but are a valuable tool in showing growth and celebrating their progress.
At Mathnasium of Castle Rock, we do not follow a one-size-fits-all curriculum. Instead, we use the Mathnasium Method™, our proprietary teaching approach that combines personalized learning plans with proven instructional techniques to help students truly understand and even enjoy math.
Using this approach, our specially trained math tutors meet students where they are in math and introduce new concepts step-by-step, in a logical sequence.
As students begin to close their knowledge gaps and strengthen their foundational skills, math begins to click. They learn new tactics and gradually transform how they think and feel about the subject.
Both! We support students of all skill levels, whether they are looking to catch up, keep up, or are ready to get ahead on their math journey.
Students who are struggling with math receive caring, targeted instruction to (re)build foundational skills and confidence. Advanced learners enjoy personalized enrichment opportunities designed to challenge their thinking and deepen their understanding.
