Monika Mattick
Lead Instructor - Online
Hi! I’m Monika Mattick. I have an Elementary Education degree (math emphasis) from GCU. I served for 5 years as a private math and language arts tutor in Southern California, then moved to Fountain Hills, Arizona in October 2023 with my husband, Adam. My greatest passion within education is not in the traditional classroom, but rather one-on-one tutoring. Especially math! Students have said I get way too excited for math time! My goal is to inspire your students to love math just as much! Having been homeschooled from 3rd grade through my senior year of highchool, I have a particularly deep passion for the homeschooled kids of Mathnasium. In my free time, I love to bake, do artsy projects, and spend time with family!

I love working at Mathnasium because it gives me the opportunity to show other students that everyone is capable of succeeding in math. In my free time I love going to the gym, taking naps, playing with my pets, and hanging out with friends and family. I also volunteer every weekend that I can.

Mathnasium provides premium value by combining a superior learning experience with an efficient structure that keeps costs low. There is a flat enrollment fee for our program, and students attend regularly—much like a gym membership. We recommend that they attend Mathnasium 2-3 times per week as attending less frequently will slow results and attending too often could lead to student burnout. Pricing varies by program and geographic area. Contact our center for more details on enrollment packages.
