• Does Mathnasium of Woodbridge offer online tutoring?

  Yes, our students can attend Mathnasium at our Woodbridge center or log into live, face-to-face sessions with their tutor. 

• Is there a difference between online and in-person tutoring?

  No, there is no difference between in-person and online tutoring at Mathnasium of Woodbridge. 

  Students who opt for online math tutoring will receive the same quality of live, face-to-face instruction and work with the same tutors as they would in our Woodbridge center. 

• What math classes can your Woodbridge tutors teach?

  Our caring, specially trained tutors work with elementary, middle, and high school students of all skill levels looking to learn and master any K-12 math class and topic, including Algebra, Geometry, and Calculus. 

• What does mathematics tutoring cost at Mathnasium of Woodbridge?

  Mathnasium of Woodbridge provides premium value math tutoring by combining superior learning experience with an efficient structure that keeps costs low.   

  There is a flat enrollment fee for our program, and students attend regularly—much like a gym membership.  

  We recommend that they attend Mathnasium 2-3 times per week as attending less frequently will slow results and attending too often could lead to student burnout.

• Is there a difference between the cost of online and in-center math tutoring?

  There is no difference! Membership pricing is the same for all students, whether they choose to attend sessions online, in person, or use a hybrid approach. 

• Why do you require an assessment for enrollment at Mathnasium of Woodbridge?

  Each student is given a diagnostic assessment that pinpoints their strengths, knowledge gaps, and unique goals, so that we can create a personalized learning plan that will put them on the best path to math mastery.

• How do you teach math? What curriculum do you use?

  Unlike a math class, Mathnasium teaches to the individual. Our expert instructors provide face-to-face instruction at the right pace for each student. 

  We use the Mathnasium Method™, a proprietary teaching approach which combines personalized learning plans with proven techniques to build math knowledge upon what students already know, so they're able to retain what they learn and gain confidence along the way.

• Do you work with advanced students or only the ones struggling with math?

  We empower students of all skill levels to excel in math, whether they are looking to catch up, keep up, or get ahead on their math journey.
