• Where is Mathnasium of Belterra located?

  Mathnasium of Belterra is located at 165 Hargraves Drive, Suite P400, in the Belterra Shopping Village, right next to JuiCeland and Back Spin. Our center offers convenient access, plenty of parking, and a relaxed drop-off area, perfect for busy families.

• Why do you require an assessment for enrollment?

  Each student begins with a diagnostic assessment to understand their current skills, identify learning gaps, and determine academic goals. This enables us to build a personalized learning plan that supports their individual path for growth.

• How do you teach math? What curriculum do you use?

  At Mathnasium of Belterra, we use the Mathnasium Method™, our proprietary approach that blends personalized learning plans with proven instructional techniques to help students truly understand and even enjoy math. 

  Following this approach, we build on each student’s current knowledge, introduce new concepts step by step, and guide them toward math mastery and confidence.

• Do you work with advanced students or students who are struggling with math?

  Students attending Mathnasium of Belterra online receive the same personalized learning plans and face‑to‑face interaction as those attending in the center.

• Is there a difference between the cost of online and in‑center math tutoring?

  No, membership pricing is the same whether students attend online, in person, or follow a hybrid model.

• Do you help students with their homework?

  Yes, our tutors set aside time during each session to help students with their homework and ensure they understand the concepts they’re studying.

• Does Mathnasium assign homework to students?

  No, all learning happens during sessions, either in-center or online. We don’t assign additional homework so students can stay focused and make meaningful progress during their time with us.

• Does Mathnasium of Belterra prepare students for standardized tests?

  Yes, we support students preparing for school-based and standardized math tests (including state assessments, ACT®, and SAT®). Our test prep includes personalized learning plans, targeted practice, and strategies to build both math skills and confidence.
