G, Carson, CA 90745. Our center is located in the heart of Carson at Grace Plaza, conveniently situated between Carson Street STEAM Academy and Carson City Hall. Families enjoy front-door parking and easy access from both the 405 and 110 freeways. Nearby conveniences include Ralphs, Starbucks, Back Home in Lahaina, and Hiccups, making drop-off and pick-up simple and stress-free.     No, whether attending online or in-center, students receive the same quality of live face-to-face instruction. Online students receive the same personalized learning plans and caring support from our specially trained tutors as those in the center. 

  • What math classes can your Carson tutors help with?

    We can help students learn and master any K–12 math class or topic! Depending on their learning needs, students come to us for support with early childhood math, including basic arithmetic, Prealgebra and Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Precalculus, and even some advanced subjects.

    No, the cost of membership is the same for online, in-center, or hybrid learning.

    The diagnostic assessment serves to identify each student’s current skill level, knowledge gaps, and learning goals, so we can design a plan tailored to their specific needs.  

    Understanding each student’s unique approach to math helps us adjust instruction to their learning style and pace and empower them to unlock their true potential.

    At Mathnasium of Carson, we use the Mathnasium Method™, our proprietary approach that combines personalized learning plans with proven instructional techniques to help students truly understand and even enjoy math.  

    Following this approach, our specially trained tutors build on students' existing knowledge, introducing new concepts step-by-step to gradually increase their mathematical thinking, while developing lasting confidence and competence in math.
