• Do you offer online tutoring?

  No. Mathnasium of Fairfax GMU offers exclusively in-center tutoring. Students receive face-to-face instruction from our specially trained tutors in a supportive and engaging group environment designed to help them stay focused and motivated. 

• What math classes can your Fairfax GMU tutors help with?

  Our specially trained tutors can help students learn and master any K-12 math class or topic, from early elementary math and early arithmetic to Algebra and Geometry. • How do you teach math? What curriculum do you use?

  Mathnasium of Fairfax GMU does not follow a fixed curriculum. We use the Mathnasium Method™, a teaching approach that combines personalized, assessment-based learning plans with proven instructional techniques.

Advanced learners can participate in enrichment programs that challenge them with new concepts and help them extend their math knowledge.

  Yes. We welcome homeschooled students as well as students from public and private schools throughout the Fairfax area.
